(Our story)

Good businesses,losing to small things.

TitanStudio started in consulting - sitting across the table from owners who were excellent at the actual job and quietly bleeding customers to things nobody had ever told them about. A wrong address. A booking link that had stopped working. A site that opened as a black screen on a phone. We got tired of writing those up in reports that nobody could afford to act on. So we built the fix instead.

(How this started)

It started in the reports.

The work began as consulting: go into a business, look at how it actually runs, and write up what is quietly costing it money. The findings were never exotic. It was the same short list nearly every time - nobody can find you, the thing that takes bookings is broken, the enquiry that landed at 9pm was never answered, and work that should be running as a system is being done by a person at eleven at night.

The reports were good. Very little happened. Because acting on one meant hiring a developer, a designer, and somebody to wire up the automation between them - and the agency quote for all three came back at thousands of pounds and a few months of waiting. For a business that is doing well but is not enormous, that is not a decision. It is a polite no, and the same problems are still there next year.

So we stopped writing reports and started building. Same eye for what is actually broken, except now we fix it, ship it, and stay on to keep it working.

(Who you are working with)

We have run the business that lives off it.

This is not a first venture. The team has launched businesses from zero across the UK, the Middle East and India, built the people behind them - sales, product, operations and technology across five countries - and worked with national chains one day and single-site owners the next.

Today part of that work is government-backed: the team leads the UK's delivery of a multi-year Innovate UK innovation programme running across nine countries, coordinating a fifteen-member consortium of universities, private technology firms and public sector partners. We have written grant applications, submitted them and won them.

We have run finance and marketing companies end to end - not a department inside one, the whole thing: the numbers, the pipeline, the people and the delivery. We have been the agency's client and the owner in the chair, which is exactly why we are blunt about what agencies charge and what actually gets done for it.

Plenty of studios can build you a website. Far fewer have carried a payroll, chased a late invoice, watched a marketing spend fail to come back, and had to decide what to cut that month. That is the difference between a supplier who hands over files and a team that understands what the thing is for.

Innovate UK

Leading the UK's delivery of a multi-year, government-funded innovation programme running across nine countries

15-member consortium

Academia, private technology firms and public sector partners, coordinated against a three-year roadmap

Grant funding

Applications written, submitted and won - we have been through the process rather than read about it

9 markets

Businesses launched from zero across the UK, the Middle East and India

5 countries

Cross-functional teams built and led across sales, product, operations and technology

Both sides

National chains one day and single-site owners the next, as the agency's client and as the owner in the chair

(Not just the build)

There is public money for this work. Most owners never hear about it.

The UK puts real funding behind small businesses that are improving how they operate - grants for innovation and technology adoption, government-backed loan schemes at rates a high street lender will not offer, and regional funds that go unclaimed every year because nobody tells the people they were written for.

We already work inside that world, so when we scope a build we will tell you whether there is funding that fits it: what you are likely to be eligible for, what the application actually asks for, and how to put the case together. We are not brokers and we do not arrange credit - we point you at the right scheme and help you make the argument. A good deal of what we build is exactly the kind of work these schemes exist to pay for.

(What we keep finding)

None of it is exotic. All of it costs money.

Real things we have walked into on real builds. Told by trade rather than by name, because none of these businesses deserve to read their worst day here.

01

A dental practice

Their website published the wrong street address, on pages Google had already indexed. Patients were being sent to a building the practice had moved out of.

02

A takeaway

Their delivery listing looked live from the outside and had quietly stopped accepting orders. Every hungry customer who tapped it went somewhere else instead.

03

A barbershop

The site opened as a black screen for every first-time visitor. The owner had never seen it once - his browser had the site cached, so it only broke for people who had never been.

04

A shop with a decade of regulars

The obvious domain was owned by a business with the same name in another part of the country, quietly collecting the search traffic that was meant for them.

05

A trade business, booked out for weeks

No website at all. A Linktree, a Facebook page nobody had posted to since last year, and a phone that rings out after six - which is exactly when their customers get home from work and start looking.

And the point

Every one of these was costing the owner money on the day we found it - and not one of them knew.

(The number)

What an agency charges, and why we don't.

An agency solves this with people: an account manager, a designer, a developer, a copywriter, someone on marketing, and a retainer big enough to keep all of them busy. A good chunk of what you pay is the floor, the process and the meetings - not the work.

We solved it with a system. The studio runs on the same kind of agents and automation we build for clients: research, build, quality gates, deployment and reporting run as one pipeline rather than as five people passing a job between them. That is why a standard site is designed, built and live in 24 hours instead of sitting in a queue for three months.

The work is premium. The number simply is not an agency number - and every quote is scoped and fixed in writing within 24 hours, changing only if you change the scope.

(End to end)

15 services, and they all talk to each other.

The first website. Custom software and apps. Your own booking system. AI chatbots and voice agents that answer when you cannot. Meta ads, SEO and AEO to bring people in, loyalty to bring them back, and the automation that connects the lot. The ad finds the customer, the site converts them, the bot answers at 2am, the booking takes the deposit, the CRM follows up and the loyalty programme gets them back through the door - one system, built by one team, owned by you.

(What we value)

01

Speed without sacrifice

Fast doesn't mean flimsy. Our studio workflow ships premium work in 24 hours.

02

Results over deliverables

We're not here to hand over files. We're here to move your numbers.

03

Long-term thinking

We build to grow with you and stay on as your partner, not disappear after launch.

04

Clear communication

Plain English, no jargon, no ghosting. You always know what's happening.

05

Premium as standard

There's no budget tier. Everything we ship is held to the same high bar.

06

Ownership

If something isn't right, we fix it. You own your site and every asset.
